Paramount + will not go past the sign in page!

Hi All. My free with movies Paramount + Has stopped working. I've rebooted everything, refreshed apps and checked the system on my Sky Stream box is up to date. When i go to the Sky store and get Paramount plus, it tells me i currently have a basic with adds  subscription. Paramount is asking me to sign in all the time but my sky credentials will not work. Can anyone advise how i can get this working again please?

There is no Sky Store for apps on Sky Stream, as you mention in your post;

From the Sky Stream home page scroll down to the 'Apps and Inputs' rail and click on  the first tile that says 'Apps & Inputs View all', scroll down to the Entertainment rail, scroll right on that rail and click on Paramount +

After clicking on Paramount+, does your activated Paramount + start up or are you seeing a tile to activate or sign in?

If it does start up, when playing something,  what happens?

Hi lettice

I was getting the same sign on page on the web and on the tv with no qr code. Just password and email. Nothing worked. In the end, i called support and they reset their end. I then got the qr code on the web sign in page. Its all working now.
