Exactly with me. 8 seconds left to load and that's it nothing else . All the other shows are fine

Yes it gets to 8 seconds and then nothing on paramount!

Paramount+

Good evening all, Over the past 3-4 days I have been trying to watch paramount+, every time there is an advert break it either crashed (frezzes then error message) or it jumps to the next episode. I thought itbwas a problem with my sky stream service (Puck), but same happens on my tablet.. I have tried updating app, factory reset on the puck and turning the broadband off, but to no avail! Is this happened/happening to anyone else or am I just the unlucky 1? Any tips would be greatly appreciated

just called sky and there is a problem with paramount plus and mainly issues trying to watch mobland

I have an issue with Paramount + also trying to watch Mobland but advert at the start always freezes on the 8th second in the countdown and an error code is given 3005 which indicates I have an issue with internet however no other service or equipment is having issues and Sky tell me my internet speed is fine, please advise Sky

Trying to watch Mobland series, funnily enough the adverts play with little issue but on the new and every other Mobland episode the stream then crashes at 8 seconds to go before the program starts and results in a screen proclaiming a '3005 Error Code'. Everything else including internet connection and router are just fine, don't bother wasting time trying to reset those. Mobland streaming is the issue not anything else...... looking forward to the issue being resolved.

I have found it happens on any show on paramount +.    I can't watch 1923, joe pickett, mobland or anything, it all crashes. there is nothing wrong with my internet - SKY have been aware of this issue for months.  Really poor service from Sky.

I agree , when I rang Sky they tried a few things then said it was Paramounts issue . Really dissatisfied

Yup, mine is fixed.  Back to 90 secs of ads for every 3 mins of tv.  But still something has worked as up and running again

Had the same error for over a week now since signing up, after multiple phone calls and full reboots I cancelled the contract this morning and got my money back, I have use till the end of the day but the weirdest thing has happened, since cancelling it has been flawlessly flying through the adds and plays great on all programmes all day how do SKY explain that.
