Paramount +
When watching Paramount +, when it gets to the 1st set of advertisements it freezes with 31 seconds left and we can't watch the rest of the programme. When we go back into the programme it takes us to the next episode. I have rebooted the router as well, turned the puck off also

Re: Paramount +
Can you confirm that you have Sky+, where you've posted?
We've seen similar reports on Sky Q and Stream, but not on Sky+, where the Paramount+ offering is quite diffrent.

I came here to see if anyone knew what the heck was happening as mines been doing the same for a few days. See it seems to be everywhere. Sort it out sky, we pay enough for it so expect it to work.

Paramount + Error Code 3005
My Paramount + (with adds) with Sky Cinima offen stops when the adds change from one add to the next, e.g. in a 90 second add break with three 30 second ads, the screen stops (sometime showing buffering) at either 61 seconds or 31 seconds, and when it persists I get a internet error Error 3005, to restart my router. This does not fix the issue, and what is a 50 minute programme can take 90 minutes or more, though not every time.
I have had my router completly reset, and my download speed is 59.3 Mbps.

Paramount Plus keeps freezing with 3005 error
Can someone help and explain why I keep getting broadband errors on Paramount Plus? Everytime it has a ad break, it freezes and it will not play shows.
