Paid but still not reinstated

I paid my stream account but still not working have proof as it was paid and confirmation that was paid successfully what can I do?

@Klaudyo  Did you also setup a new recurring payment such as a Direct Debit?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is asking me to pay again but already paid I need to speak to sky agent so they can chase and track this for me if you can help with the contact telephone number would be great? as this is beyond sky community as bank account related.
