Tried rebooting the puck? Remove the power from the wall for a minute or two then power it back on.
Also check the audio output settings on the puck. Try Auto/PCM/Dolby Digital/Dolby Digital+/Passthrough and see if it's the same on all of them. If it is then it may be a faulty puck and you'll need to ring Sky for a replacement.
