Our puck isn’t working it’s dead I think we need a replacement
Our puck isn't working we have tried turning it off using our controller on our other puck and that worked. There's no lights on the puck it's dead. I think we need a replacement

@Susan102 Have you checked the power cable is fully seated? Have you truied turning off at the wall for 2 minutes?
Have you checked the power socket isn't at fault by using another socket?

Yes we have done all that the puck isn't lighting up

Have you tried turning it on using the button underneath the puck as well? Just as a way to check it's not a remote related issue
