Ordered an additional Sky Stream Puck. Not being showed on tracking, and hasn't arrived today.
Hello.
Monday morning I ordered an additional Sky Stream Puck for my daughter's bedroom. Sky took the money, but I received no confirmation of any order via email, and over a day later I still cannot track my order on Sky's app or website.
The device does show in the my devices part of the app, however this is shown with no serial number and has had a "pre active" status since the purchase was made.
Obviously with the fact this has not arrived next day, and the fact I have no confirmation order I am struggling to believe I will ever receive it unfortunately.
I have tried reaching out to Sky via their bot, but nobody is ever available even in working hours and the bot itself is useless. Unfortunately due to disability calling is impossible, so with live chat being my only option I am extremely worried unfortunately.
Any help, reassurance or advice would be greatly appreciated. And thankyou in advance.

Sometimes they do miss the next day delivery, I had it with a MacBook from sky mobile ordered before the deadline but wasn't dispatched until 2 days after ordering and delivery on day three.
Re contacting sky, unfortunately we are customers here on the community. However sky provide accessibility services who may be able to help. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/accessibility-information-sky-mobile-broadband-and-talk-customers
This includes nominating a 3rd party who can deal with your account on your behalf.
