Streaming is impossible my signal is consistantly below 42. Sky says it is 72+
What does it say on the Netflix app on your puck? Run a network check from the get help menu - this will tell you what the puck is actually receiving, not what is arriving at your router or being received by a device in the vicinity of your puck.

@Freck+k Sky measure the speed between their servers and the hub. On the other hand Ookla measures the speed between their devicexand the server. It is not uncommon for the connection between the device and the hub to be slower hence the discrepancy. Especially true if using WiFi as WiFi speeds are affected by the layout and type of construction of your home.
The other factor is other drvices using bandwidth when you ran the test it is unsafe to assume other devices not in use are not using bandwidth as modern devices use downtime to run updates etc.
