On sky puck it goes to some random netflix account, not the one I pay for and use. How do I log out

On the stream puck it goes to some random, free netflix account.  I want to login to my proper netflix account.

It said I need to login to this account using a browser, but I do not know what email address this uses so cannot access to remove the device.

you must have logged into the Netflix account on your stream device when you first switched it up ?
