Non delivery of Sky Stream

My satellite dish/Sky + box  finally stopped working on Fri 3 May so I upgraded to  Sky Stream - the puck was due to be delivered Tues 7th.
Delivery did not happen and DPD say due to 'an issue in the local area' it is being held at their Docklands dept.

No update on delivery for the last 3 days. Help!! How do I get this delivered? Should i order a new one?

Have you tried contacting DPD? If they do not provide a suitable update then ring Sky for further assistance.
