@Talent1999 Are you using the sound direct from your tv, or a soundbar etc? Have you gone into 'Settings' then 'Picture & sound' and checked the settings there? Also rather than turning off and on the power while is 'Settings' us the 'Restart' option instead. Does you router have direct line of site to your puck? Is your internet speed good? Any of these may well effect your sound, worth a try anyway.
