No sound on film 4

Watching a film on film 4 there Is no sound coming from the film. Volume is working on other channels but I noticed this on another channel no voice is coming from it like its happening on film 4 sounds broken I think

Still watching film 4 still no sound coming from the TV no voices goes very quiet can't hear anything apart from loud noises like there is sound but can't hear anything or it's down to film 4 technical issues strange looking at other channels there is sound coming but not on film 4

It's sorted down to settings being changed phone to sky asking them to solve it as there was channels with no sound its up and running now
