No sound on brand new Sky Glass

Sound not working via puk. Sky glass working in living room perfectly but no sound on TV in bedroom  TV worked fine on old Sky mini box

You may have to play around  with  the sound settings  on the tv  itself  and the puck , I did

thanks worked after changing from auto sound to stereo
