No sky stream freezes pucks not working despite all reset information unable to get through 2 hours on the phone done all we can nearly a week and no access to sky as they don't answer

Ours is doing the same thing! First with the PPV last night and now tonight!

Sky this is becoming a joke now, please sort it out!

Got an error message this morning. It definitely hasn't been right the last couple of days and after a reset you lose all your preset channels and settings. I'm glad I got a monthly rolling contract as can't really keep this up.

Sky stream puck is working as regards resetting with flashing lights, but whenever remote used to turn on, nothing happens! Assume it is not a remote control problem as puck switch does not turn on either!
