No signal on free tv channels

Hi, our sky tv cannot access to any channel, its been 2 days no, I can't access to any free TV channel. It just says awaiting TV program but doesn't connect

Restart your Puck by turning off at the plug for a few minutes.

@Ryan1818 have you tried rebooting the Sky Stream puck? Just unplug it for a couple of minutes.

 

If that doesn't help, open the Netflix App, go to Get Help and then Check Your Network and get Netflix to run the speed test to determine what downspeed load your stream puck is getting.

@Ryan1818  A Stream puck would not show  a no signal, is this the actual message you see?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
