Hello all!
only had sky stream a month and not only does it not switch on my tv when turning the box on but the last two times its had no signal. No troubleshooting works. Thought these were the future. Useless.

It could be the puck or it could be the TV. Check that CEC control is switched on in the settings of the puck and of the TV. Ensure you are using the HDMI cable supplied with the puck as older non HDCP 2.2 may cause issues.
Are you able to try the puck on another TV? I have 4 pucks on various makes of TV from Samsung, to HiSense and Sharp and don't experience any such issues. Trouble shooting will help you understand if the TV is at fault or the puck. If it is the puck, as these are loaned to you Sky will send you a replacement, if you call Customer Services. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

Hey,
I have the hdmi sec enabled and everything on. Yet it still doesn't work. I just pairing the remote so I could change the volume on the tv. I just use the tv speakers currently and none of the settings work. It's so frustrating. Don't know what more I can do. I've managed to fix the sky signal by hard resetting a few times

I have an LG C2 with CEC enabled and all plays nicely with my stream box, I can also use my LG remote to control the sky stream box, changing channels etc. What model is your LG tv
