No picture & no sound but the menus work
My 2nd sky puck works 1 day then the next it has no pictures or sound on the tv or any of the apps but the menu works fine & I can open the apps but nothing plays ? I'm on my 2nd puck now as sky couldn't fix it the 1st time ?

Firstly, how are you connecting your second puck to your broadband router, wifi or ethernet cable?
Can you go to the Puck settings and under Network, what is the Status showing?
Would also if you have not done, suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
