No commentators at the Montreal semi finals Sunday evening? Why?

Sky tennis coverage is abysmal!  No commentators on men's semifinals in Montreal this evening , Sunday 13 August 24, common occurrence.  Do they screen  football matches with only crowd reactions? Only live option available, even 'watch from start'.  Logging in is a random experience, sometimes wade all the way through the home page to find selected matches.  I started watching through Prime.  All matches recorded to watch when time available,  Sky streams endless trailers, looks like far more effort is put into these than the actual events. So, am cancelling!

They will investigate if there were issues and provide feedback to relevant teams / broadcasters.

Tennis coverage on Sky isn't in the same ball park compared to Prime.

Your at the mercy of the provider to which matches are shown on the tennis channel others may be shown on the red button, but you have to be in to watch to watch them and are not playlistable.
Other problems arise with playlisting when the matches are simulcast on the tennis and main event channel it will favour the main event especially UHD if you have and this won't be the full programme, it's driven by the guide. 
It's abysmal for live games when they overrun the slot the programme will just end when watching it on catchup.

I have reported these problems to the powers that be when sky won the rights over prime, but as you can see nothing as altered.
