No TV service at all

I have no TV service at all for the last month or so however I am still being charged

no lights at Sky Stream device and no option on TV source

@PeterRob  Have you contacted Sky at all during this time?  What have they said?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
