No Subtitles on U & Drama

One of my household is Deaf and needs subtitles. Holby seems only to be streamed on U & Drama which has no subtitles. How can subtitles be turned on in U & Drama? I need very full and careful step by step instructions please.

Why is Holby not on ITVX which does have subtitles?

You can verify where it is available to watch via the justwatch website - which is showing Holby City is only available in U and only for another 14 days.

@JFREE  Holby is BBC show is it not?  So it wouldn't be on ITV-X

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You need to contact U & Drama and ask them why they are not providing subtitles @JFREE and as already mentioned, Holby is a BBC programme and not an ITVX programme

Holly being a bbc program  it should be on the bbc iplayer and you should  get the subtitles on there with  it,

Just tried to get Holby on BBC iplayer it's not there only Casualty

It is currently only available on U Drama.

The On demand that plays out on Sky has Series 19 to 23 does not have subtitles. The U app has series 19-23 without subtitles.

You can get subtitles if you watch the series as a live broadcast 

Series 23, from episode 10 is playing as a live broadcast on Sky each weekday morning with subtitles on U Drama.

 

Notice, it mentions the series only has 14 days left for showing on U.

No mention of where it will play out next, maybe back to BBC iPlayer.
