I have Emmerdale on playlist but tonight's programme is not available. Why?

Hi @barrywi 

We are fellow subscribers so can't tell you why. However it's either down to an ITV delay in making the program available in ITVX or an issue with the metadata between ITV and Sky.

Have you tried going into ITVX and seeing if the episode is available there? Failing this you can email Sky viewer relations who will investigate and feedback. They can be reached on viewerR@sky.uk.

I have used the email to ask why it is not available. ITV X couldn't help and my daughter has the same problem using Sky Stream. I await their reply. Not available on catchup that I can find.

Yes it's not on the playlist but if you click through into the itvx app it's there so it is watchable.

So, ITVX should've been able to help to explain why ITVX haven't made it available on Sky Stream🤔

Thats usually due to missing or incorrect metadata associated with the uploaded show on ITV X, which affects the Sky Streaming platform was recognising the episode. Unfortunately i've noticed this is quite common for ITV X and episodes usually appear on the playlist several days later once ITV have fixed the metadata.

I've seen multiple ITV shows that behave in this way.
