I am New to Stream and only changed from Q due to cable issues requiring new
instilation having spent on covering cables underf floor now not able to re-cable so Stream was perfect solution (or so I thought)
I am unable to receive Dolby Atmos via the Puck. I have reported and gone through settings
etc all are correct. Any pogrammes being viewed outside the Puck Dolby Atmos works perfectly
including BT Extreme. via BT box.
Spoken on two occasions waiting for call back but am wondering if Sky Puck is able to
broadcast sound via Atmos,
Also mentioned that there are no mention on screens to show if anprogramme is being shown in
Dolby Atmos. the same as any of the Smart TV apps indicate. At least would know if
any content is actually being broadcast,
I know freinds who have Sky Q and Dolby Atmos works so why not Puck

Good to hear Atmos is now working. Happy viewing & listening (TLOU's clickers are awesome in Atmos)

The puck can definitely output Atmos for Sky's own content - I'm using the pass through sound setting on the Puck itself, with the Puck's HDMI cable going directly into a Denon X3005H AV receiver with 5.1.2 speakers attached. Sky's Dolby Atmos content (say The Last Of Us) has the Denon correctly showing Atmos on the front display. Non-Atmos material shows as Dolby Digital+.
Assuming that you have the UHD & Atmos add-on and that the sound output is set either to Auto or Passthrough, try finding The Last Of Us. Before pressing play, right click to the All Formats button and select UHD & HDR. When you play the programme, it should be in Atmos. Check by pressing the ... (three dot button to the immediate left of the play/pause button). You should see the Dolby Atmos badge on the right of the screen above the popped up button bar.
If you have Disney+, try playing their Atmos badged content - it will work whether you have the Sky UHD & Atmos add on or not (that only applies to SKy's own content). If it works, the issue is with your UHD & Atmos add on either not working or you don't have it. If it doesn't work, check the sound output format in Settings > Picture and Sound.

Hi Guys, I keep having to switch off and on Dolby Atmos on my Samsung S95B TV for my Sky puck to stream Dolby Atmos content through my Samsung hw-q990b .
Dolby Atmos works fine with other devices, like my Amazon firestick.
So I've isolated the issue, so I know the problem is with the sky puck.
I've tried numerous workarounds and much troubleshooting with no joy.
Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated.

Today I set up my JBL 1000 Dolby Atmos 7.1 Sound System.I used the supplied HDMI Cable connecting to ARC on my LG nano TV and the other end to ARC on the sound bar.I noticed no atmos sound on any of the Disney plus movies through the Sky puck.I subscribe to the UHD/Atmos with my other TV "Sky Glass".
So I rebooted the Puck then changed the sound advanced Settings to Pass through on the LG tv then changed the Puck sound settings to Pass through also.
This has done the trick.
All the Atmos Disney plus via the Puck are there.Tested atmos movies on apple +Disney +,Netflix , Sky (The Last Of Us) and Prime are working great and Atmos is displayed on the soundbar. The Atmos sound through the new sound system
sounds so life like.
Remember
Atmos can only be transmitted via hdmi eARC to eARC
or hdmi ARC to ARC
Optical does not support Dolby Atmos.
