New to sky, soon to be leaving!

Absolutely fed up with our new sky puck, it cant get through a single episode of emerdale without completely crashing and disconnecting from the WiFi, it needs resetting multiple times a day and im so sick of it already, ill be crawling back to virgin if no-one can help, also, how on earth do we talk to sky? the virtual assistant is absolutely useless

We are fellow subscribers on the community. If you provide more details such as isp, speeds in netflix app, broadband speed etc we can provide guidance. It sounds like poor connectivity between you puck and router. I've got 2 glass TVs and 4 pucks and they are far more solid that Sky Q mini.

Sound like poor wifi connection  have tried  connected  the puck with  an ethernet cable more stable than  WiFi also you can check what speed  you are getting  to the puck by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network. The puck needs a minimum speed  of 35mps  to work and the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one
