New sky puck set up fault
First time seeing up my sky puck up stairs and saying software error

If you can, take it downstairs and connect it to your broadband router with an ethernet cable to allow the software update to complete. The pucks are unfortunately notorious for failing to complete a software update over WiFi when first activated. They're normally OK on WiFi after they've been updated.
