New puck wont link to my account

Hi... im trying to set up my new sky stream puck... on setup the ouck wil not link to my account.. the message i get is .. try again or skip and set up later .. i have tryed try again multiple times ... skip and set up later just takes me to a page to link my account... what is the problem??

@Glyny123 Try the following steps and see if then allows you to link your sky stream puck to your sky account:

 

1. Turn the puck off at the plug.
2. Turn over the puck and hold down the power/standby button.
3. keep hold of the power button and turn the plug back on.
4. Keeping holding the the power button down until it turns amber and then it should turn green. Then you can let go.
