New netflix user but says not part of sky subscription

I am trying to set up a new netflix account through sky stream and it says that I need to contact sky as it is not part of my subscription but it is!!

I'm having the same issue. Thought I'd come here to see if there's an answer as the help line says it's a 40 minute wait currently!

I've followed all the guidance on Sky's website and Netflix and still no joy!!
