Netflix not working

Today us 28 August. Netflix has not worked since Monday 25, it will not open via Sky Stream. What is going on?

 

I have reset everything many times but it will still not work.

If you have reset the Puck and that hasn't resolved it then you need to phone Sky directly so they can assist @Dominic17

I have the same issue.  The Netflix app won't open, all others a fine and working as a normal

Same issue. I've done a hard reset and still nothing. Also since 25th Aug. Sky you need to sort thing issue out

After lots of fruitless attempts to fix this I finally got hold of a very helpful guy on the phone who sent out a new puck the next day.
Use the phone number not the live chat. And get a new puck. It's the only way it'll get fixed.

Same here. Sky stream. Most of the time, Netflix wont even open. On the rare occasion that it loads netflix,  it's blurry 

 

I've followed all of this thread 

 

Please Sky, can I have a new puck too?

We have exactly the same problem. We have to turn it off and then turn it back on and it works. Really annoying that you have to do it each time you put Netflix on

Any programs in my playlist that are on Netflix are not working for me today have to go into the app and search for them . Same with Amazon prime which stoped working  after the outage a couple of weeks ago. Reboot s ,resets or  power cycling etc do not resolve the issue

Two things you could try.

Do an apps refresh from within the Puck settings( that can take up to 24 hours to refresh correctly) and a Netflix app reload from the Netflix Get help menu. 
The latter may sign you out, so you will need to sign back into Netflix.

I am and have had sporadically over the summer and autumn, the same problem. Attempting to log in to Netflix, I'd just get a blank screen. Like you, regardless of the method of joining. 
However, I now have the Netflix screen stuck on a House MD background and it won't move, change or load fully. I've tried all the suggested solutions, and the app reset seemed to solve the problem in August but now...

V annoying! I do t have Netflix on any other device.

Discovery is now the same after a app refresh ....  Only option is to  use the app on my smart TV .. 🤦🏻

Put your Sky Stream puck into standby.
Do a restart of your broadband router.

Once your broadband router is back up.

Start your Sky Stream puck using the Home button on the Sky Stream remote

Do a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

I have had the same issue with Netflix app since I got sky and now it just won't open Netflix at all.
