Netflix was inxluded on my account but i havent been given a nerflix login

I haven't been given my Netflix login information I was told it would be automaric on the tv

@Irisines  You don't get a login provided you use an existing login or if you don't have one create one.

If you don't have an existing Netflix account:

  • You must create a new Netflix account and use a unique email address (you can do this on the Netflix app on your Sky Glass or Sky Stream). Do not use a friends/family Netflix log in details on your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck when logging in for the first time as this will link their login details to your Sky account and it can't be reversed.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You don't get provided a netflix account you have to link your Sky Account with a netflix account ( either an existing netflix account or you can create a new one).
