I've recently got a Sky Stream puck and linked it to my Netflix account. It worked initially but in the last couple of days when I either choose the Netflix app or choose a Netflix programme the programme starts to play but there is only sound and no picture.
and if I try to use the back button on the remote or the Home button it won't work. My only choice is to switch off the sky stream puck and turn it back on again. That means I can use the steam again but the issue with Netflix still persists if I log in the app or program again.

I fixed it myself by changing the hdmi connection.

Same issue with mine. Fixed it myself by pulling HDMI cable out of puck, then putting it back in.
