Netflix only works after rebooting puck every time

when ever i want to watch anything on netflix i have to reboot my puck box wait for it to restart then i can watch something .if i then watch anything a different channel like sky sport i have to start all over again

What is happening when you try to watch? You havent described your problem or stated if there is an error message?

 

I would try going into netflix > profile pic > get help > reload netflix. This will clear the cache and any corrupt data. You can also try refreshing apps in Settings > system management> resets & updates > refresh apps. Note this can take up to 24 hours.
