We started our Sky Stream package in December 2024 set up using my email address - my husband had a Netflix account up to then and was told by the Sky sales rep who we took out the contract with over the telephone, that it would transfer over to our new package - first 3 months Netflix was fine until we I realised my husband was still being charged by Netflix. He cancelled that, but now can't access Netflic on Sky Stream as it is locked to a Spanish account.
Is there a way this can be sorted out - can't seem to find a way to contact Sky to resolve this.

That means that the Netflix account you are logged into under Sky Stream has been hacked.
You need to contact Netflix customer support to get them to sort out your Netflix account (https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus) . Once they have done this you need to change the password on that Netflix account. Also if you have used the same combination of email address and that password on any other account i'd suggest changing that password on all other accounts where you are also using it.

You could try logging out of Netflix and try logging back in to see if that works, otherwise you may need to call sky first to get help

Many thanks for taking the time to respond and providing the Netflix contact details and that makes sense as the Netflix account is locked so not able to do anything in the app and seem to be going around in circles trying to contact Sky

Thanks for replying - the account has been hacked so Netflix had to take me through the process of removing the accounts that the hackers had added - so all sorted now 🙂
