Netflix activation and contacting sky

I had Netflix set up on sky puck but I couldn't get it work on another device. It was suggested to sign out and try to login again but this didn't work and now I can't get it to work on the puck either. I'm trying to contact sky via chat for them to reset Netflix but I can't find a way to contact them.

Hi, I have the Sky Ultimate TV add-on which includes Netflix, but my Netflix activation is stuck.

On my Sky Stream puck, it only shows “Learn more” or “Sign in” — there’s no “Get Started” option.

I’ve already checked my Sky account and there’s no “Manage Netflix” button showing.

Can you please reset my Netflix activation link on your system so I can re-activate it properly on my Sky Stream puck?"

 

I tried the smart assistant but it's not very smart! Any ideas on how to speak to an actual person via chat.

If you have Netflix  free with  your  sky  subscription  you can only watch  it on 1 device, if you want to watch  it on more than you will need to go and login  to your  my sky app and change your  Netflixs  subscription  or the my sky app on your  home page  on your  puck/sky glass  tv, you can with the premium Netflixs subscription  watch on 4 devices
