Need help linking sky stream account to puck

I need help linking sky account to the puck as the link is saying Oops there is a problem

@Keith1980This is the error message you get if you are not signed into your My Sky account at 

 https://www.sky.com/mysky

Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code.

@Keith1980  I've removed the new thread you created for the same issue as you have this thread and a reply provided, creating duplicate threads especially after you've already received a reply isn't helpful.

Tried this and still not working for me. I had to call Sky and they're trying to fix it, not sure what the issue is. Have tried resettting the Puck and my router..
