Need help changing over to stream subscription, asking to set up a payment but I don’t know how Much
How can I set up a payment when i don't even know how much it's going to be. I want to change from skyQ to streaming . I know what I require so just want to speak to an advisor first to confirm cost, then set payment accordingly. That's all I want to do,starting to dread calling sky thats if I could actually speak to someone. Any help would be appreciated guys !

@2Bob55 Best to call Sky to change from Sky Q to stream.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

@2Bob55 As Sky require a payment method to be setup simply set one up? You would need this for Sky Q in any case if you don't already have one.

Maybe I'm over thinking this , does this simply mean setting up a payment then enter the cost of my requirements after 😬

Thank you sir. Got my streaming pack sorted, unfortunately my iPhone wasn't able to let them take my card details . Apparently it's a thing ?My sky app won't do it either , so not quite there yet 😕

Unable to make an upfront payment
iPhone apparently not able to let them capture numbers to process payment. They said it maybe their end so they called back, still couldn't do it .same again today
