NFL extra games not available on Sky Sports + on Sky Stream

Why is it that I cannot watch the extra NFL games on Sky Sports + on Sky stream or Sky Go. The 49ers were advertised as being on Sky Sports + but I have no option to press the red button or 4 coloured buttons and the game showing is Rams vs Seahawks. This is not the first time so I'm guessing is deliberate due to licensing rules, as in not allowed to show the games on a streaming service. That should be advertised as this is the second game I've missed because of it. Maybe I should just buy the Season Pass from the NFL 🤷‍♂️

I'm fairly certain that you should be able to watch these on Sky Stream. It's one of the main reasons Sky Sports+ was introduced.

Can you not see them by launching the Sky Sports+ App directly on your Sky Stream?

You won't find them on Sky Go, that's correct. However, you should find them on a mobile device or tablet on the Sky Sports App or on a laptop/PC via the Sky Sports website.

I tried by going to Sky Sports + and then pressing red. Didn't know there was a Sky Sports + app on Sky Stream? Where do I go to find the app?

It's really odd because if I'm watching EFL or women's football where you have multi view options I can press red and access the options on the same channel. For NFL it doesn't work.
