MySky password MySky password not being accepted

I reset my Sky Stream Puck because it wouldn't respoind until I did that. After the reset, Parental Controls are on. I don't know the password to remove the parental controls, so followed the instructions to change the password (giving the last digits of the account used to pay the bill, etc). 

I enter a new password, it says it's saved, but then when I use it, it just blanks the password as if it's wrong. I've tried numerous times and keep getting the same behaviour. 

Anyone know a way to fix this?

Just tried Parental Controls and what do you know, the last password/PIN I set is now working. I've been away for a couple of days, so I guess there's a delay on the password applying.
