Hi. My puck only has one HDMI port but the Q had two. My surround sound needs to go through the TV first and it is out of sync due to the extra process. Is there a puck with two HDMI ports?

Only very early Sky Q boxes had 2 HDMI ports, one of which was an input. The latter boxes only ever had a single HDMI output.
Sky Stream only has a single HDMI output for audio and video.
What is the make/model of your 'surround sound' amplifier and how is it connected to your TV?

Hi Mister Dalek. Thanks for the reply. We have a Sony SA-WS4OR. We use an HDMI from the puck to the TV then the a second HDMI from the TV to the amplifier. We tried Bluetooth but the delay was the same.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Justin99 the delay can be introduced by your TV processing thhe audio stream check the audio settings for HDMI audio on the TV and set it to pass through if possible.

Dont know if this is quite the same but I just unplug my puck then plug it back in again and it seems to have sync'd the sound. I use subtitle A LOT so then its even more frustrating when sound is out of syc.
