My sky was supposed to be watch in 2 different rooms but only one is working

Hi, I signed up for Sky just recently.  I was told to watch TV in in 2 different rooms. But, it looks like only one is working.  The other one is just Netflix.  How can that be changed? And again, this new remote control, how can we record anything?  It is so confusing.  I urgently need help to sort this out.

Thanks

What exactly did you order? If you only ordered one Sky Stream puck, then you can only watch it in whatever room you currently have the Sky Stream puck in. If you want to be able to watch different shows in different rooms at the same time, you need to add the Whole Home pack to your subscription and order an extra Sky Stream puck.
