My sky stream/TV is scrambled. Very fuzzy
Our sky stream has been very fuzzy scrambled since yesterday. We have tried ti switch off, unplugged but not worked.

Hi @Sassy52
What is your broadband speed? Glass / Stresm needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
You can check the speed your puck is getting by opening netflix and opening the left hand menu > scroll down to get help? And then select connection check in the menu.
