My sky puck is not connected to the wifi
I cannot watch tv on the sky puck as it says it has no wifi signal

Are other devices able to connect to this WiFi in a similar location?
Have you tried restarting the puck?
- Go to Settings
- System management
- Resets & updates
- Restart device

Hi @Bethy2502 You should be able to reconnect your puck to the wi-fi as follows:
Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your Stream puck back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet.

Have you recently changed your broadband ISP?
If so,
Try resetting your broadband details in Network settings:
Go to Puck settings
Select Network
Pan right and choose reset
Follow the prompts
Otherwise,
Remove the power from the puck, restart your router/hub
Once your router/hub is back up and running, repower your puck.
