My sky puc won't link account as comes up with error message what can I do ? Please help
I got my sky puc it was working for a few days then wouldn't show any channels in the sky TV so I reset the box and now I can't link to my account what can I do ?

@John188 when you reset your box did you do a factory reset? If yes then that is what has caused the issue and the only solution is for you to phone Sky as they will need to manually unlink the puck from your account in the backend system before it will allow you to relink.
