Discussion topic: My second sky stream puck won’t work

I have two sky pucks, one of them however doesn't work!
It flashes a white light as it's loading will flash sky on screen and then go off and will repeatedly do this I have followed all the steps

and still nothing

is a replacement able to be sent out please?

@taghdi93 You would have to contact sky for a replacement as we are primarily a customer helps customer forum only

Try a forced software update/reset first.

take the power out of the back of the puck, then press and continue to hold the button on the bottom of the puck, whilst you put the wire back in to the puck. Continue to hold the button until the colours start flashing
