If you are lucky enough to have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for the replacement to arrive.

Hi , yeah I contacted them and they're sending a replacement but didn't say anything about sending broken one back 🤷🏻♂️

Sky are not requesting the return of faulty remotes. I think that they already have a significant amount of evidence that point to the fact that the remotes are substandard.

When I needed a replacement remote it was before the online form was available so I had to phone and ended up doing so four times before I received the remote. The online form is so simple and quick.
