My puck won't connect to my sky wifi. This is the second pick I've had that doesn't connect

It's unlikely to be a puck issue if it's been replaced (but not totally out of the relems of possibly). Is the WiFi signal marginal where the puck is being used? Is there any way of using ethernet rather than WiFi? This will provide more stability.

 

If you have the WiFi guarantee (WiFi Max), sky should supply boosters if the signal is poor: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee
