Hi @Chris161 

 

Did you reset the Puck? Have you tried powering it off and on again? The on screen instructions should tell you how to register it against your account. You need to go to www.sky.com/activate, sign in and enter the code there. 

 

If that doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky customer services (we are just fellow subscribers here). See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-linking-unsuccessful

 

If you scroll to the bottom and select 'i still need help' and 'id prefer to get in touch' you will be presented with a phone number.
