My TV remote doesn’t switch off my TV since getting Sky Stream installed

Prior to having Sky installed I would switch my TV on / off and then my Virgin remote would be used for everything else

since having Sky installed I switch on my TV (using TV remote) then Sky (using Sky remote) - I might be able to switch off but after the first time it won't let me switch off the TV and if I switch off Sky my TV does shut down properly - I have to unplug every time and it's driving me mad

ive tried pressing 7&9 and then 1&3 and following the pairing instructions and it might work once or twice but then it stops

please can you help? 😢

Not sure if this is what you are after .... but if the remote is paired to the correct tv model it should be long press on standby on stream remote to turn tv on / off and short press to turn puck on /off. Puck can also be turned on with home button
