My Sky Stream remote will control the volume, but won't turn on my Sky Soundbox

Set up Sky Stream ok, works my LG TV, controls volume on Sky Soundbox, but won't turn it on. Used to do all with SkyQ. TIA for any help.

For information on using a Puck with a Soundbox. However there have been a few reports that the soundbox needs turning on via its own remote here on the community. The soundbox is now unsupported kit so unlikely Sky will provide any sort of fix.

ok thanks, I've looked through lots of topics on here, but no one seems to know the answer. Just annoying.

@rowley434   Unfortunately I'm not going to be much help either, other than until a few months ago I had the Soundbox and worked using my Stream remote, so unless something has change in recent times then it should work.  As I say not much help, but may give you some hope that it can work.
