My Netflix that is included with my Sky package isn't working

I had a late payment so my services were stopped. I paid the late payment some time ago but netflix is still refusing to let me watch anything without additional payment.

Try logging out of Netflix on your Sky Stream and logging back in to see if that will relink them.

 

what has likely happened is that when your Sky services were suspended that sent a message to Netflix to unlink that from your Sky account as Sky would no longer be paying for it.
