Moving Netflix to sky account

I already have a Netflix account, I have just signed up with sky to have Netflix as part of my package. How do I transfer my original Netflix account over so I'm not paying twice?

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately I can read the steps but using the link to Netflix the site keeps coming up with technical error, it's not you, it's us. This has been happening for last few days even trying different devices 😔

You should just need to sign in on your sky puck to the Netflix app and your account will

be transferred over

Thanks, that's what I've been trying but once I sign in with my sky details on the link provided it says there is a technical error. 30 minutes on hold so far to try and talk to someone

Have you tried signing into your Netflix account on the stream device? That should force the switch
