Moved sky puck from sitting room to bedroom. I have input my wifi password several times which faile

I moved the puck box from living room to set up on TV in a bedroom. I put password in several times. Message can't connect to your broadband router keeps appearing.

I also noticed the IP address is 0000.00 and will not let me insert.

I've been trying for over 3 hours now!

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you are connecting to the same WiFi network that you were using in the living room then you shouldn't need to input any password - the puck would have attempted to join it again automatically in the bedroom.
The problem is more likely to be WiFi signal strength. Do you have other devices which connect to your WiFi in the bedroom? What broadband speed do they receive?

Sky Stream is very sensitive to speed fluctuations & needs a fast & stable connection.
